At the Aircall Ascend APAC Partner Summit, held at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney on 21 October 2026, Fileroom was awarded the prestigious honour of Aircall APAC Partner of the Year.
Fileroom is a Perth based smart growth agency, a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner and an Aircall Gold Partner. We work with industrial and service based businesses across Australia and North America, connecting marketing, sales and operations, CRM implementation, automation, demand generation and integration work. Whether a business is ready for AI-native solutions or needs proven, traditional systems in place first, we meet them where they are and build to fit their roadmap and technology journey.
Why this award matters
This award recognises our 2025 work implementing Aircall for industrial and service based businesses across Australia and North America. It's also a measure of trajectory. At the previous Ascend summit in July 2025 we were named Emerging Leader, the category for partners establishing themselves in the ecosystem. Fifteen months later we won the most senior regional award.
What true partnership actually means

When we first introduced Aircall to clients around two and a half years ago we were solving a narrow problem. Businesses moving onto HubSpot had no telephony layer, so the calls their teams made were absent from the CRM. Pipeline reviews ran on email and form data while the conversations that actually moved deals remained in people's heads.
Filling that gap is still where most clients start with us. What has changed is how far the work now goes past it. Our Aircall implementation work now runs across six tiers, from platform onboarding through advanced Aircall solutions, ecosystem solutions, routing consultation, AI services and API consultation. We are the only agency certified across Aircall, Simpro and HubSpot, which is why we are brought in when the phone system has to reach both the CRM and the job management system at the same time. Every implementation includes change management because, more often than not, it's not the phone system that needs fixing, but the processes and workflows around it.
"This award belongs to our team, our customers and the Aircall team who show up for them alongside us. The best partnerships aren't transactional. They're built on shared ambition and honest conversations."

Why connect Aircall to your CRM?
Connecting Aircall to your CRM puts the content and outcome of every call onto the customer record, so sales, support and management work from the same history. Without it, your highest intent conversations stay invisible to reporting and to the next person who picks up the account. The value comes from what the connection triggers, not from the logging itself.
What the Aircall HubSpot integration actually does
The Aircall HubSpot integration is the mechanical part. It gives you calling from inside the record, automatic activity logging, and call outcomes available to workflows. That part is well documented and comparatively quick.
The hard part is deciding what should happen because of a call: which outcomes update a lifecycle stage, who owns the follow-up and by when, which call outcomes create a task, change a deal stage or raise a service ticket, and what still needs human judgement and should never be automated. That design work is the difference between a connection that logs activity and an Aircall CRM integration that changes what the sales team does next. It's also where sales and marketing alignment stops being a meeting and starts becoming part of the system, because both teams can only act on conversations they can see.
For businesses running an ERP or job management system alongside their CRM, the same logic extends further. Our HubSpot and Simpro integration work exists because field service businesses were making decisions from two systems separate from each other, and adding a third channel without connecting it to both, only widens the gap.
It's also why we built Furthamore, our specialist integration app company. It's where we developed Furthacomms, the first native integration between Aircall and Simpro, ensuring a call about a job lands on the record for that job rather than in someone's handset. Furthamore reports a 94% reduction in information gaps between office and field teams, and at least nine hours a week saved on administration.
Where customer conversations are heading
The market is moving quickly. MarketsandMarkets puts the conversational AI market at US$17.05 billion in 2025, reaching US$49.80 billion by 2031, a compound annual growth rate of 19.6%.
Readiness is another matter. Deepgram and Opus Research surveyed 400 business leaders for their 2025 State of Voice AI report and found that 97% of organisations already use voice technology and 84% are increasing their budgets this year, yet only 21% are very satisfied with the voice agents they run today.
That dissatisfaction is usually not the technology's fault. Conversation intelligence analyses what your team says on calls, so it is only as good as the consistency of those conversations. An AI voice agent follows a process, so its effectiveness depends on how well that process is designed. Get the process right first and these tools earn their keep. Skip that step and you've simply automated a mess faster. Our AI and data transformation work is sequenced that way on purpose.
"We are focusing on AI solutions, but on processes as well. It is about how everything works together, leveraging AI alongside human interaction to improve productivity and give the team back time by taking care of the work AI can handle easily."

FAQs
What is the Aircall APAC Partner of the Year award?
Aircall's most senior regional partner recognition, presented at the Aircall Ascend APAC Partner Summit. Fileroom received it in Sydney on 21 October 2026, recognising 2025 performance across the Asia Pacific region. Fileroom won Aircall's Emerging Leader award at the previous summit in July 2025.
Does Aircall integrate with HubSpot?
Yes. The Aircall HubSpot integration automatically logs calls against contact and deal records, enables calling from within the CRM, and can trigger HubSpot workflows from call outcomes. The value depends on how it is configured, specifically which call outcomes update lifecycle stages, create tasks or assign ownership. A default connection logs activity automatically removing admin burden; a designed one improves productivity and changes what the sales team does next.
How do I choose an Aircall partner in Australia?
Look for three things. First, certified partner status. Second, evidence that the partner implements the phone system as well as your core platforms. Third, a defined process for what happens after go live, covering adoption, reporting and the workflows that use call data.
What is conversation intelligence and is it worth investing in?
Conversation intelligence is the capture, transcription and analysis of customer conversations so the content of calls becomes searchable, reportable data rather than individual recollection. It is worth investing in when a business already has consistent call handling and a CRM people use. If call outcomes are inconsistently recorded, it will analyse an unreliable sample and produce confident but misleading reporting.
Should we deploy an AI voice agent?
Start with the process rather than the technology. AI voice agents work well on narrow, high volume, rules based tasks such as speed to lead callbacks, qualification and appointment confirmation, where the correct action is defined and repeatable. They perform poorly where the right answer depends on judgement or relationship context. Deepgram and Opus Research found in 2025 that only 21% of enterprises are very satisfied with the voice agents they run today, which is usually a symptom of automating an undefined process rather than a limitation of the technology.
Can Aircall connect to Simpro or an ERP as well as the CRM?
Yes. Furthacomms, built by Fileroom's app company Furthamore, is the first native integration between Aircall and Simpro, so calls about a job reach the customer, quote and job records. For other ERP and job management platforms, Fileroom can build the connection as a custom integration alongside the HubSpot or CRM implementation.
